BASES OF PARTICIPATION
The selected works and previous communication will have to be delivered the artists to personally or for agency or person delegated to the effect in the direction and date that indicates the organization of MECA Mediterranean Artistic Center, no work being admitted out of the established term.
The packing to using will be consistent and reusable and the information of the artist will be indicated, addres and title of works and they will have to appear of form adapted for his assembly in the exhibition. The facilities will have to rely on all the elements that they compose it, except those that could use the own infrastructures of the space. If some piece was needing concrete instructions of assembly, they will have to be detailed and be sent with the works and the artist will be needed for his assembly.
The expenses of transport of going and return are at the expense of the artist.
MECA Mediterranean Artistic Center will not take responsibility of possible hurts, breaks, losses, deteriorations or any other damage that the works could suffer, though it will put the maximum zeal in the care of the received works, without prejudice that the artist could contract for his account and to his post any type of insurance that he considers suitable, it communicating to MECA Mediterranean Artistic Center.
The presentation of la/s obra/s for the program ARTE GIRA MOVING carries the express authorization of his photographic reproduction and / or any another way and the citation of the names of the artists in any format that one considers necessary for the spreading of the event, specially in the aspects referred to the promotion, diffusion, communication and exhibition, included catalogue, web page and other means. Equally, the artists participants authorize the exhibition of the selected works and his return in the terms outlined in these bases. The artists and / or groups legitimate representatives of the selected works, accept the transfer to MECA Mediterranean Artistic Center of the total rights of exhibition and reproduction of such works.
The circumstances not included in these bases will be solved by the direction of MECA Mediterranean Artistic Center.
The return of works will be realized from the place and date that the organization of MECA Mediterranean Artistic Center designates, previous communication to the artists and in the period established in the same one. In case the artist does not withdraw the work in the above mentioned period MECA Mediterranean Artistic Center will not take responsibility of his guard and custody.
